Menu 6/17/07
Once again, another good day. I didn't eat any activity points either. I only actually counted my hour and 10 minute walk this morning, but I was darn busy all day. Picked more strawberries, planted flowers at my parents, and then worked some more in the garden, so I'm sure I earned more activity points than just the two I recorded. But, today I averaged about 63 calories a point, and used 22 of 22 daily points. Here is the menu:

Looking good! I LOVE the Kashi cereals. I haven't tried the crunch...I've only had the Go Lean but it is soooo good!

i also love kashi cereal. for me, it's a great midday snack at work. i usually eat the kashi puff cereal. everything else is like tree bark for me!! LOL
