Menu 6/11/07
Today didn't go bad food wise, but I've had better. I ate 22 of 22 available points, and averaged about 65 calories a point. I did have some troubles as I was preparing food though I kept licking everything, so I know that I actually consumed more than that. I hate it when I nibble like that. I know it's not the end of the world, and it's not like I drove through drive threw haha. But needless to day, done and over with, here's the menu for the day, the nibbles aside.

It is really interesting to me that you figure out your average callories for your points. The one thing I never really liked about WW was that I didn't have any idea how many calories I was eating.
