Another good day, I once again tracked calories, and averaged about 66 calories a point again today, which is good. I walked for 30 minutes (about 1.7 miles), and used half of the activity point I earned, haha. So here's the menu.

Sounds like you are doingd great and your menu look soooo good! What is this pepperoni pizza chili you keep mentioning...sounds yumy. Do you have the recipe??

30 mins walk . . . *sigh if only I would get my lazy butt up & do the same thing. You seem to be having an awesome week!

Look @ Krogers for the Western Alternative Bagels. I think it took longer for me to find them because I didn't know what they the packaging looked like.
