Ugh! I'm getting frustrated, I never should have taken the weekend off a couple of weekends ago, it always throws my body through a loop. I gained .6 this week, I was expecting maybe a small lose or a maintain being that it's a "TOM gain week". But I was OP all week so I was hopeful, I guess that's the good thing about WW's today starts a new week, and I can try for a great loss next week!

.6 is really not a ton, especially considering it's TOM. Remember that it's all a journey and you are moving towards that goal, slowly but surely!

Being on TOM I would assume that the .6 is just water weight? It'll probably be gone by your next WI.

Don't get discouraged (although it's so easy to!) We've all been there...have a perfect week and then see a small gain at WI time. Considering it's TOM though, you did good! I always show a gain that week! WATER WEIGHT!
