Eh, once again, not good. Gained .8lbs. At least it's a small gain, but I'm getting frustrated, very frustrated. I've been hanging out at 21 points because of my one weigh in of 147.8 at the beginning of May, but today, I went back up to 22 points a day because I've been in the 150's. Maybe thats the problem. I don't know. I really need to figure it out though, because I'm getting very frustated. Following the plan to a t and tracking everything and still not losing....grrr.

Sorry for the frustrating wi. But remember it's just a number on the scale. You know that you are eating well and being active. That's what matters most, right?
I heard that playing around with the weekly allowance points can help. Use 0 this week, use all the next, use half the next . . .etc. Don't be discouraged. . .look how far you've come!
I know how frustrating it can be! when I was on WW, I stayed within 10 lbs for about 6 months, I just couldn't get it going. Soemtimes you just have to go back to the basics, or try a dofferent program for a few weeks, (Like WW Core?)
Keep it up, you are doing a great job!
