Well the new eating plan is going well. So far, here's my menu for today:
L:
3 oz Egg Noodles (2)
Chicken Stir Fry (2)
S: Carrots (.5)
Kix (1)
Apple (.5)
Snack at 530- 2 points
Dinner 8-10 points
Snacks 4-6 points
Other than that, nothing really new and exciting today. It's gorgeous out, and I think I'll take Duke for a walk. Work was crazy today, so hopefully I'll have more time to catch you with ya'll tomorrow. For all of you who commented, thanks so much!
