Menu 5/29/07

Well I think I did well today, I didn't eat ANY Philly Swirl Bars, nor did I eat any 100 calorie packs, or weight watchers snack bars. I think I managed to stay pretty clean today, and within points range. I actually tracked calories today also just to see how things were turning out, and I can see how the licks, bites and nibbles of things add up, and then on top of that how 100 calorie packs and weight watchers snacks add up to more calories. So hopefully this will help. I averaged about 66 calories a point, and stayed at my 22 points. No activity points today though :(

your food list is so much shorter today without all your yummy snacks! :D

I know what you mean about not really getting all you can out of those points. I totally do the same thing!

Keep it up and have a good week!

Even cutting down all the little 1pt foods, you still use your pts a lot better than I do.

Oh, VitaMuffins @ Whole Foods! :)

Good for you for staying within your points!! It's not as easy as it sounds some days is it?? :) Thanks so much for the WW advice! I went to the grocery store tonight and bought a bunch of the stuff that you suggested for me!!!!
