Back on Track Day #4

Ahhh so today didn't go so well. I had a fight with the candy bowl at work. I don't have a clue on how much I ate, but it was way too much! Basically I"m just gonna drink alot of water, and be done eating for the day now. I know I didn't use all my flexies, but still, I was doing oh so well! Ugh!

Hi Kate, thanks for stopping by my blog. The candy bowl at work is the devil! I have a similar problem with coworkers bringing in treats. It is hard to resist sometimes.

I hate when that happens. The candy bowl here at work does that to me too. Especially when you're the one in charge of it, lol! You're doing great, keep it up.
