Menu
Well here is the menu for today, I actually ended up going out to dinner tonight with a new guy, and since he was late (stuck in traffic, and got lost...poor guy) He insisted on buying me dinner, and the only place we could possibly get into was a Chinese place....oh boy. Well I picked what was their version of vegetable chow mien, and I hoped that was a good choice. Which when I got home, I looked up PF Changs, and used a whole dish there, which was like 9 points. I ate like 2/3 of the plate of it at the place we ate (which was not PF's), so I figured the 8.5 points I had left seemed like a good enough estimate. Lots of water to wash all the sodium out tomorrow!

So...was he worth the wait and the sodium???
Details on the boy, please?
Good job at making the best of the situation!
Just wanted to come out from lurking & say I love reading your blog.
