Menu 12.08.07
Well I think I did good today, afterall, I baked cookies, and I only end up tasting a small piece of dough (had to in order to see whether or not I used enough peppermint extract) and had 1/2 or 3/4 of a cookie. Go me! Otherwise ate good, not as much water as normal but still 64 oz. Here's the menu, weigh in in the morning.
