Menu 11.29.07

Well I've been doing good, I've been on plan for a week as of tomorrow, so a NSV in itself being the temptations I've resisted at work. I dont know that I will see a loss this week, as it's my TOM gain week, but at least I won't be upset knowing that.

For some reason I haven't been getting on the scale daily this week, and I think it's working better. So I am going to go with the weight watchers way of just stepping on once a week for right now. We'll see how that works. My goal is to be OP completely until Christmas. Which I do admit will be hard with alot of the baking that I will be doing.

So I have a question for my loyal readers, I've decided to make cookie trays for the guys at work as a christmas present, we have about 25 employees, so I'm talking alot of cookies (and baking), if you were to get a cookie tray, what kinds of different cookies would you guys like to see on that tray? I need ideas, I would maybe like to try and put 10-15 different types of cookies on the trays.

Alright back to watching my new excuse for laziness (aka, the expensive tv lol), bur here was the menu for today.

How do you make Turkey Enchilada Casserole?

Cookies: Sugar in different shapes or with icing, chocolate chip (always a must), oatmeal, snickerdoodle, peanut butter. . .sorry I'm not too original huh?

Good job on the NSV! :)

I have three cookie recipes on my "Pot Luck" Recipes site that are particular favorites of my husband's friends: Rum Raisin Cookies, Kathy's Oatmeal Cookies, and Raisin Filled Bar Cookies (the guys loved the bar cookies for some reason!)and the ones that "Law Student" mentioned are a must...everyone loves them.

I just made a batch of ginger cookies with molasses on Sunday afternoon. Love them. So spicy. I also love chocolate crinkles. They've been my favorite since I was in elementary school.

And those pb cookies with the chocolate kiss on top are always fun, too.

What are your tangy pork chops like? I have a recipe called that from taste of home mag that is a total family favorite. It goes in the crock pot and is super easy. What are yours like?
