Menu 11.23.07

Well we won't talk about yesterday. I suppose it could have been worse....but it could've been better too....a lot better!

But I was on track today, totally. Does anyone do the crazy shopping on black friday? What was your best buys? I bought myself a new tv I didn't need, but have been him-hawing around about buying for like 2 years...I love it, but did I need it? No Way!

I'm taking a "get out of weigh in free card" this sunday. So no weigh in.

I don't do the Black Friday thing...I just smile at everyone who does, but I am jealous of the television. Our TV is about 15 years old and hasn't given us a moment of trouble, but it looks like I'm going to have to buy an HD for my sports programs in the future. At least the prices have come down.

I put cottage cheese in omelette's too. And spinach is great with that combo.

You’re so good in writing everything down. I wish I would do it, but half the time I forget and the other half I don't remember what I ate.. Go figure

Good job jumping back on track Friday. I think it has made it a lot easier for me to know I had a free day not a whole weekend.
