A Reminder to myself

This post is totally for myself....Self, you will not get upset when you see a gain tomorrow. You were On Plan all week, got in an enormous amount of exercise, and did everything you were suppose to do, so the gain is just a combination of TOM and a rebound gain from losing 4lbs last week.

That being said, I'm kinda expecting about a 3.2lb gain tomorrow. 2lbs rebound gain, 1.2 from TOM.

Ok, I feel better.
