Weigh In

Well, I had been so not looking forward to weigh in all week, I knew that I had a bad day a week ago, and it would show on the scale in some form. It wasn't as bad as I anticipated, with a gain of only .6 pounds. All the hard work and staying OP this week paid off!

But, I did have a "victory" of sorts with this weeks weigh in. I've never stayed below the 150 mark for more than 2 weeks, well today marked the fourth week which I weighed in the 140's! So I was very happy about that.

This weekend has been good. Friday on my day off, I hit the gym and ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and then Duke and I went for a 5.3 mile Hike. On Thursday night I went for a bike ride at the park, I did 8 miles in 40 minutes. So lots of activity. I took yesterday off, and just did some yard work, although I think loading and unloading bags of mulch should count for something ha ha.

This morning I hit the gym again, did 3.1 miles in 32 minutes. Felt great!

That's a whole month of 140's! Sounds like a victory to me.

Good job, you should be proud of yourself. I have weigh in tomorrow but not sure how I will do. I wish I could stay motivated to exercise, but some days I just don't feel like it.
