Well, I kinda expected it, and my note to myself didn't really help, it still pist me off...but I gained back what I lost last week. It pisses me off, because I got in huge amounts of activity, ate right, tracked everything, and still gained...so it bums me out. But bodies do weird things, and there is nothing I can do about that. The good thing is I am still under 150, and I like that.
I did have a NSV yesterday though, I was already throwing myself a little pity party because I knew I was going to gain, and I was feeling munchy. I could've easily gotten the pretzels, or ice cream and just eaten, but I started to munch and decided to stop it there and took the dog out for a nice long walk. So I nipped it in the bud, I was proud of myself.
So I looked today back at the history of the weeks I've been losing, how many activity points I'm eating, and the correlation between that and the loss I see. So my verdict is, I am going to try to eat a few more of the activity points that I earn than I have been. Seems I lose better on weeks I use a bit more. So I'm planning to earn 25 points this week, so I will try to aim for using 9 or 10 of those. We'll see how that works.
Anyways, I had my pity party, and I went to the gym and ran my butt off, and I feel better, so onto another great day, and another great week!
Hope you all are having fabulous weekends, talk to you this week.

UGH! That stinks. I'm so sorry! And I know you're disappointed, but you got it off once. That gain doesn't take away the fact that you still hit goal!!! So good for you to go to the gym to get your frustrations out. You're doing so great, and eventually your body will HAVE to acknowledge it!!!
It is so tough to see that number after working so hard. I feel for you!
I feel like I should know this but what is NSV?
Well done on not saying 'screw it' and going overboard on your eating. Something I still have to work on!
I read that as you exercise more and gain muscle mass that you may actually gain weight but be losing inches at the same time. Have you been keeping track of your measurements?
Sorry you gained, but at least you expected it. And I was always told to not eat my AP's. And same question as Sarah-What is NSV?
I find that I need to eat at least some of those AP's to lose well. and keep satisfied and away from a binge.
Good job on no eating your way out of a pity party! A walk with the dog is a much better idea.
I love coming to your blog.....you are so inspiring and so positive. Those are two of the major reasons why are you are so successful.
Don't sweat the gain......you are able to look back and tweak your plan. Sooner than you think those pounds will be gone for good!!
I HEART yoU!
I found out what NSV means-Non Scale Victories! For those of you that was asking. Thanks.
Great job going to the gym after! That is definitly a mental battle after WI! Be prepared for next week. Your muscles were probably holding on to water. You most likely lose! Great Job!
