Hello Everyone! I hope everyone is having great weeks so far!

Things have been good on this end. Eating has been good. I've been attempting to eat more. Since I have .8 lbs to lose, I don't need another 2lb loss, so I figured I can eat a bit more. So what have I been doing? I've been eating half of my activity points, instead of just a third. I know, I know, not a whole lot more, but it's still more. I think it will take awhile to move from the weight loss mindset to the maintenance mindset. But I'm anxious for the transition. Eating has been good, still getting my 8GHG's in, and I've been a bit nibbly, but it's been on veggies, so it's good stuff.

As far as weigh in, I've now switched over to Thursday Morning weigh in's. I should've switched last week, but I wasn't planning a trip up north, so I didn't but I am planning one over 4th of July that will neither allow me to weigh in on Sunday or Friday (which is what I originally planned to switch it too), so Thursday's it now is. But that being said, I don't know whether I will see a TOM gain this week or next...kinda flipping a coin. Hope it's next so I can maybe see 142 this week!

Exercise has been good. So far this week I got a run in on Sunday, A 60 minute (14 mile) bike ride Sunday, walked the dog Sunday and Monday, and tonight I'm planning another 60 minute bike ride.

I'm looking forward to July, It's going to be a whole new world for me, I need to come up with some good, and productive goals, what are your guys' going to be?

Anyways, I better get going, but just wanted to do a quickie little update. Hope everyone is doing wonderful!

I do hope July is excellent for you! Maybe you should do some fun physical challenge! My bro is getting married ... so my goal is to survive that ... lol.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I still haven't gone bike riding. So my plans for July since June is over is to ride my bike a couple times a week. I was walking at lunch and stopped but started again yesterday. So I plan on doing that a couple times a week too. Hopefully your July goes smoothly!

Maintenance is definitely an ongoing experiment. Playing around with points, exercise, etc. I need a goal to help keep me motivated.

i'm a little behind but i just wanted to say congrats on yet ANOTHER great loss... you SO close, i bet you can't wait to reach goal! what are you going to do, once you get there? have you thought about how to celebrate (and i don't mean with food!)? :o)
