WOW!!! Congrats......my weigh in didn't go as well. I was up a pound but i'm not stressing it since I lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks......I kind of figured that my 4 pound stomach virus loss wouldn't stick completely!
If I don't do well this week it is my own fault though. Way to go on working your plan.
