Well the end of the week has been much more in control than that beginning of the week. The important thing is that I got that control back, and I'm back on plan. The scale is showing to be up a little more than a pound right now, but if I can get out of this week with only a gain of about a pound, I will be really happy. Then I can hope for a nice loss the next week.
This weekend, I have a quiet house all to myself (no roommate, yes!). So I'm hoping to get somethings done around there, including these place cards I am planning to make for my mom for her big Thanksgiving Dinner ( I have about 30 to make, I need to start now!). They should turn out really cute, and when I get them done, I will have to take some pictures and show you guys. Other than that, pretty mellow weekend, I have no sweetheart (well except my dog), so i won't be celebrating sweetest day, although the weather is going to be nice, so maybe my sweetheart and I will get out for a hike.
Had a really good dinner last night, called Sweet and Spicy Chicken. I will post the recipe this weekend. Good, and low point. Unfortunately my version was a little higher in points because apparently no one in my area carries sugar-free peach preserves. So I had to use regular (which I did reduce), but they are 50 calories for 1 Tablespoon! Holy calories batman!
Well i think that's it for now, but I hope everyone has a great weekend, and keep up the good work guys! Happy Sweetest Day! Weigh In Report on Sunday AM.

I could have sent you some SF peach jam...made a bunch last summer and we just don't like it.
Glad you are back on track! Me too! LOL
Oh I can't wait to get my hands on that recipe!! You have great creations!
Placecards...that is so Martha! I usually have to run mine out of the kitchen to keep them from eating everything straight from the pots! My grandkids only want pumpkin bread...their favorite part of Thanksgiving!
To be in control again. . .that is a NSV in it of itself. I can't wait to see your Sweet and Spicy Chicken receipe!
Happy weekend! :)
