Menu and Updates....

Well this week has been good so far (knock on wood!), and I have felt under control for the first time since recommitting, thats a great feeling. Although the tootsie roll pops at work sure have been calling my name this week. But I'm counting them, so whats the harm right?

My birthday is on Thursday, and I decided today to treat myself to a massage that day, so I called and made myself an appointment today for an hour long massage, and I can't wait!

Here is the menu for today. I swear this weekend I am going to get to posting some of these great recipes I've come up with, because they are wonderful (I will only post the ones I think are great!).
