I did it!

I made it to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks, and as I expected, it really kicked my butt, but after a double sickness for two weeks, I suppose it should be expected. I ran 2.3 miles in 25 minutes, and burned 290 calories. Going to try to get back up to my 30 minutes by the end of the week.

whoot whoot you made it to the gym..yeah you!!!! Is this a bad week for gains, hmmmm. At least you are going to be OP and see a major loss next week, way to stay positive )
