Weigh In

Well, I knew I would have a gain this week, and I gained 2.8 pounds. I'm really not upset about it. A normal TOM gain for me is between 1 and 2 pounds and on top of that, I haven't been to the gym in two weeks cause of being sick. And while I was OP last week, I probably could've been a little better with the bites of this and that. And I went out last night had a beer or two. Unfortunately, updated my little small goal tracker as getting back to my 10%, because this put me back over that!

So, I'm not upset, know why I gained, and looking forward to a great week OP and a great loss next week!

Hope you all have great Sundays. I'm going to try to make it to the gym today....hopefully I don't die, lol.

i'm glad you're feeling better and attempting the gym today, just take it easy and listen to your body... you have a good attitude about your gain this week - though it wasn't in the right direction, accepting it and knowing you'll see a loss next week is what's important... :o)

Glad you are feeling better and ready to take on the gym again! I'm not a big just every once in a while in the summer...but from what I've heard just one beer can make you retain more fluid the next day. Maybe that's part of your gain?

You're right though. Since you are feeling better, TOM is over or will be and getting back to the gym, you'll see a nice loss next week!

I think it is more than likely that none of that is real gain - just your body healing itself and being a woman!
I may need to borrow your attitude on Wednesday - I had a very busy weekend sabotaging myself!!!!!
