"Here is a test to find out where your mission on earth is finished,
if you're alive, it isn't."
-Richard Bach

I came across the above quote while I was browsing for one to use for today, and while it doesn't really relate to weight loss, I loved it, so enjoy.

I don't really have anything terribly new to update on. Baseball season is in full swing, and my Tigers are finally beginning to look like the team we were promised they would look like at the beginning to the season, so it's becoming very fun to watch!

Eating this week has been good. I've probably nibbled a bit more than I should, but it's been on good stuff, carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower, so I think that's fine. Other than that, eating a small portion of my activity points, and staying within my daily points, so I think I had another successful week.

Exercise has been good. I hit the gym twice this week, and I got in two hour long bike rides. Yesterdays was tough, the wind seemed to be coming from every freaking direction, so it felt like I was riding into the wind a majority of the time, which makes in very hard....like twice as hard, so I worked my butt off. I've also walked Duke once, and he'll be getting another walk tomorrow and that will be my 25 activity points for the week.

I'm hoping for a good weigh in this week...I feel "skinny".

The weather here is going to be nice, kinda on the cool side, which is how I like it, so I might go pick a few strawberries on Saturday if the weather is permitting. Other than that. Nothing terribly exciting planned.

Will report with the WI on Sunday!

Hope you all have fantastic (and OP!) weekends!

"Feeling skinny" is reward in itself...no???
