Back On Track- Weigh In #1

Sorry! I got so busy at work today, I didn't have time to post! I weighed in this morning for a loss of 1.2lbs! I was happy with that, that's my average loss, I was hoping for more, but yesterday evening I didn't stop my bad day, I continued it, bah! So I think the loss would have been better had it not been for that, but whatever, done and over with new week!

Off to enjoy my weekend, hope you guys do that same!

I am training for a 15K road race. Good luck with the half marathon, I might do that next. I find if I have motivation to run for a race, I train harder. I set goals also. Great job with the 1.2lb loss, some loss is always good. Weight loss is tough and changing the way you eat is tough. Hang in there.
