That's what I feel like I have been this week. I eat dinner, my stomach is still growling. I've come to realize what "real hunger" is and what "bored hunger" is, and it seems as though this week, regardless of what I put in my body, my tummy is still growling and hungry...not good for weight loss. So this week has been rough, I'm trying really hard today. I didn't get on the scale this morning as I know I am up, clothes still fitting fine and all, but I just know.
So trying really hard to combat my stomach's calling today and just eat what I know is within my limits.
No huge plans for the weekend, friend in from out of town, dinner with her tonight, bridal shower tomorrow, planning to make a coconut cake for my mom on Sunday (I'll post pictures if I think to take them and it turns out!).

I totally get that way, too. I try to drink a lot of water when I am starving and then have a piece of fruit or some FF ry krisp to munch on.
You will get it under control...
I usually get like that the week before TTOM turns up. It's the first sign for me that it's arriving.
I know that feeling. . .seems like I feel like that all the time. LOL Drink lots of water & eat tons of fruit. Hope you have a nice weekend!
I truly believe it is our body's way of telling us that cold weather is coming and we'd better store up some nuts for winter!
