Hello?

*sticks head out from underneath the rock she's been hiding under*

Anyone out there still? 6 months of quietness does tend to leave people deleting you from their daily reads!

It's been long quiet 6 months, there are highs and lows...the lows being my weight has went back up. I'm still not at square one, but If I don't get my stuff together, I'm gonna be starting at square one, and that's not cool with me. So here I am, I've gained roughly 16lbs, and I'm back to lose it. And the only way I'm going to is with you guys to keep me accountable.

I've been trying to get back on track since March, I'll do great for a day, and then I fall back off, seems like I can't string together a week or two of good solid OP days.

On a high note, a year later, I'm still running, sporadically, but I'm still running. I managed a pretty bad injury to my foot in April (running down the stairs after a ringing blackberry is not a good idea folks!), and I'm still to this day battling lingering pain and stiffness, which leads to a very sporadic running schedule. But I'm working on that, and I've still been running consistently.
So that's a high note.

So my first goal. String together two good solid OP days....Today not so hot. So starting tomorrow.

Wish me luck, I hope I've got some of you guys still around :)

I am up too and it's frustrating. I am now running 40 miles a week and I just hold on to the same weight. I kno wi am healthier and stronger but I just wish the scale would reflect it. Glad you're back!

starting TODAY.

you can do this and are so smart with the one day at a time/stringing two together at a time.

wishing you MORE than luck from texas.

Yep, we're still here! Glad to hear from you again. I totally understand what you mean about the struggle to string together a week or two of good days. I've been feeling very much the same way. But you can do it! I think it just takes a lot to get over that initial hurdle, and then it becomes somewhat easier. Can't wait to hear how you do.
