Maybe trying to...I noticed you don't eat breakfast. Maybe trying to have something (even a piece of fruit) in the morning it might throw your metabolism for a loop. If you think about it, you eat your dinner or evening snack by what, around 9pm, then you're not eating again until noonish the next day.
