I can't wait to try the dijon crusted fish....mmmm!

So for the goal weight - you are absolutely right......145 is a great weight and why we can never just be satisfied I don't know??? I have spent the last year trying to get from 140 to 135 - no dice, my body just isn't going to do it....so I decided to tone up and exercise, to be healthy rather than as thin as I can get.......truth be told, 135 would be heck to maintain so I'm going to be happy at 140 even if it kills me!!! Well I'll stay there as long as I can stay out of the chocolate sprinkles - LOL!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10635172141262602694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4014731059992278187.post-22657034999906151042007-10-09T13:20:00.001-05:002007-10-09T13:20:00.001-05:00145 is a great goal. I know what you mean by feeling like it should maybe lower since other's are lower.

I've never been in the 130's either. And though it's tempting to prove to myself that I COULD, I also want to enjoy this life and not feel like I am "dieting" for always.

You feed yourself well...that's a huge thing.

How did your garden turn out this year?
